i2i Fee Schedule


Contract period: None.

Billing Frequency: Quarterly, in advance directly from accounts or invoiced upon request. Upon cancellation, all excess quarterly fees will be refunded.

Trading Fees and Commissions: Not included. Negotiated pricing discounts available.

Consulting Fees:

Hourly Basis: $300 per hour, 3 hour minimum

Asset Management Fees:

Pricing Basis: Assets under management, self-directed assets may be segregated.

Portfolio Management: 0.50% to 2.00%, Dependent upon Amount of Assets Managed

Management Fee Breakpoints:

  • Breakpoint 1: Assets equal $1,000,000 up to $2,999,999
  • Breakpoint 2: Assets equal $3,000,000 up to $4,999,999
  • Breakpoint 3: Assets equal $5,000,000 up to $9,999,999
  • Breakpoint 4: Assets greater than $10,000,000
